Working the Crowd

“Working the Crowd – How the service design mindset could lead to improved public participation in urban planning” is my master thesis from the programme Business & Design, at School of Design and Crafts.

The thesis compares the attitude towards the user within service design to the attitude towards the citizen in urban planning. It also leaves suggestions on how to increase inclusion and better meet the citizen’s needs within urban planning.

The full thesis can be read here.
